Went for lunch today, absolutely amazing service and fab food! Given a couple of free bits to try off the Chinese menu which was really nice! Great prices and portion sizes were really generous. Lovely family run business, highly recommend a visit!

Nice old school cafe amazing food all local and a very friendly place for a fry up home cooked meal and. The staff are amazing really friendly and helpful. Been poping in here since 1996 very nice place. Worth a visit. Can bring children has a kids menu and all very reasonable price.

Early morning in my favourite cafe when I visit Lowestoft. Traditional, family owned and run, great portions and prices.
This is my go to Chinese when ordering take out. Every time it is great quality, hot and tasty. I specifically enjoy the glass noodle soup and appreciate an establishment having a menu item not frequently found, makes it so i keep coming back! Very much so a crowd pleaser and good prices too

We ordered via Just Eat, and the delivery arrived within 20 minutes, piping hot and smelling fantastic.
The portions were extremely generous for the price you paid, and they didn't scrimp on taste either. The menu isn't huge, but I can see they've gone for quality over quantity.
The highlight for me was the sweet and sour chicken! It was perfectly cooked and seasoned to perfection.
I think this will definitely be my choice of Chinese takeaway going forward. Thank you for a pleasant experience!- Service

Wow just wow that food is amazing hard to find Chinese food in Lowestoft that isn't greasy as hell but this place has pleasantly surprised me great taste plenty to a portion and that salt and pepper mixed dish was brilliant thank you for the hard work and a great experience

Have ordered both delivery and take out from Woodbine Chinese and the food has always been excellent the portions are large and food is always hot and delicious, the staff are very helpful and friendly and the price is very reasonable definitely get a lot for your money ... I would highly recommend this Chinese take away, it's the only one I use now...

Perfect food!! Perfect customer service. Only cafe my kids will eat at. Very welcoming especially for our son who has autism. It's not ever day you find people who take the time to talk to you and be nice.

Lovely old world atmosphere with grub cooked fresh with local produce & meat. Friendly and clean. Steeped in history from 1800's from sailors and ships visiting Lowestoft. Will pop in again..😎👍🚜
Always friendly and welcoming interaction, and always tries to accommodate. HIGHLY recommend their salt and pepper chips!!
